Last time: Benjer Apple, this time: NZ Natural Juice Apple.

250mL glass bottle, from NZ Juice - the same company as the breakfast juice from a few posts back. Ordered online, and I haven’t seen any of their products anywhere else.

An odd short bottle, and I’m still not sure whether I like it or not, but 250mL is definitely too small.

The cap has that annoying band of plastic around it. It’s a vacuum seal - you can tell when the bottle is unopened, and there’s a “do not drink” warning on the label about the safety button - so I don’t know why the plastic is there at all. And it’s always annoying to get off: no matter how carefully these things have a tear point moulded in, they never rip as easily as they’re meant to. It’s a shame, because the nice sustainable glass option is tainted by this one bit of plastic that has to go straight in the bin.

Once again, there’s no indication of what type or types of apple - disappointing, but expected. It’s an apple juice, so it was perfectly good, and also completely unremarkable.

I’d drink it again, if a more interesting juice wasn’t on offer.

6.4/10.
