Last time: Six Barrel Ginger Ale, this time: Foxton Fizz, Lime.

250mL glass bottle, from New World, and I’ve also ordered it online.

All of the Foxton Fizz range gives me the same nostalgic feel - I still can’t place where it comes from, but it’s there every time. That’s a good part of why I keep coming back to them, and I enjoy them plenty on their own merits too.

This one, though, is my least favourite of the lot. The problem is the flavour itself: it’s not a lime-juice sort of lime, it’s a lime in the way Fanta is supposedly orange. Sweet, green, vaguely citrus-adjacent, but not really tasting of the fruit it’s named after.

Everything else is the usual Foxton standard - the glass bottle, the twist top, the smooth mousse - so this is a case of one flavour in a good range not landing for me, rather than anything wrong with the drink.

5.3/10.
