(Post theme: When Will I by Emerson)

Last time: Six Barrel Cola Six, this time: St Andrews Limes Limonade.

330mL can, bought online, I think.

Three ingredients: sparkling water, lemonade juice and lime juice. That’s the whole thing, and it tastes like it. Mostly what you get is sparkling water, with a hint of lemon and lime somewhere behind it. On its own that’s fine: not interesting, but not more objectionable than regular sparkling water either.

The problem is what happens next. The aftertaste is a very strong sour lemon and lime, far stronger than anything you actually tasted while drinking, and it hangs around. So the drinking part is ok and the part after it isn’t.

Better than the Passionade, at least, although that isn’t a high bar. Not for me. 3.6/10.
